The Maryland State Department of Education released its first update since 2019 to the Maryland Report Card. In this year's data release, Ocean City Elementary School's rating increased from four- to five-star status.

D.A.R.E Lessons for 4th Grade Students
Deputy Jake Howard, a Worcester County Sheriff, recently visited Ocean City Elementary to teach students about the importance of making smart decisions. BoardWALK Fitness Walk
BoardWALK Fitness Walk
Each year, Ocean City Elementary School students along with P.E. teachers, Mrs. Tracey Drocella and Mr. Mark Engle and their classroom teachers participate in a BoardWALK Fitness Walk. During the field trip, students walk the entire boardwalk and participate in a Beach and Water Safety lesson given by the OCBP. 1-4th grade students participate in this fun fitness activity.
